Hi! My name is Chidinma Ihuoma. Over the years, understanding and taking charge of my personal health has been life changing for me. It also brought clarity to my calling. I want to be able to help women take charge of their wellbeing too because our health matters!


 Through support and accountability, I help women build and implement healthy strategies for weight loss. I allow women to see that they are able to take control of their overall wellness--being a happier, healthier and more confident version of themselves.
