Meet Chidinma Ihuoma

Health Coach 

I am very passionate about helping women regain control of their overall wellness. Often times, women take on the role of caregivers--sometimes at the expense of caring for ourselves. Some of us work beyond a 40 hour work week and come home exhausted, with no energy or motivation to find a healthy meal or prioritize some self-care. 

 

Together, through SMART goal setting, support and accountability, we will work to build exercise and nutrition strategies to help you stay on track with your weight loss, even in the midst of your busy lifestyle.

However, feeling your best goes beyond just the number you see on the scale. Throughout my programs, we focus on four pillars of wellness that are essential to overall wellness--positive mindset, nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.

 

Think of your health as a structure being supported by these four pillars. When one or more of the pillars are weakened, your structure is compromised. Achievements and healthy habits in one pillar contribute to the success and stability in each of the other ones.

So whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your nutrition, or get a better handle on the stressors in your life, let's make it happen!
